Sleep Number is the experimental music project of Sophie Hull that merges heavy drone, noise, concrete samples, and driving vocals with synth-laden soundscapes & occasional guitar. The pairing wine, "Of Nothingness, Glistening", is the result of Sophie's desires for a dry and floral drinking experience. Utilizing muscat as the base wine, a small amount of agave, along with tulsi and elderflower were added to amplify the flavors already present in the wine. Additionally, rose, vanilla, orange blossom, apricot, magnolia and chamomile were added. A ready to drink summer cocktail of 15% abv.
