Christopher Hamilton (o) is an Asheville based experimental/avant-garde musician, and installation artist. With "Euthermia", Christopher has created a stunning work of resonant drone, field recordings and amplified guitar. With these sounds, he aimed to evoke memories of spring and provide a rich sonic environment in which to consume the adjoining wine.

The pairing wine, Of Sun Piercing Ice, takes its cues from a request from Christopher for a dry rosé. What resulted is a blend of muscat (97%) with a red blend (3%) for color. It was then infused with a small amount of agave, peaches and elderflower to amplify the flavors already present in the wine.
