Every beer system needs a thermometer. This beer thermometer is ideal for checking the temperature on your beer. The guide body mimics a small prey fish that takes several high and low temperature readings when brewing beer. Beer is best served at 38°C. The higher temperatures cause excesive foaming; bottom will not produce a head and generate gas in your stomach. Leave in your fridge to monitor tempurature. This thermometer is adjustable. To calibrate simply place thermometer in a glass full of crushed ice and water (lots) and turn groove at bottom of dial to 32degrees.
