One of the first offerings we were able to brew after the storm, with tanked-in clean water. Made with Weyerman pilsner malt and hopped with Hersbrucker and a kiss of Spalter. Enjoy the simple pleasures of fresh-baked rustic loaves, toasted biscuit drizzled in wildflower honey, and a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
