Vinification: Whole cluster fermented with native yeast in open top bins. Lightly foot treaded prior to pressing. Aged in neutral oak for 12 months. Aged in the bottle for 3 months.
Bottling: 750 ml Antique Green, corked. Contains sulfites. 101 cases produced.
